建设工程项目冲突事件的互适性研究

摘    要:建设工程项目中的冲突事件对项目的顺利实施带来了许多不利影响,项目管理的5种冲突处理方式在解决建设工程项目冲突事件时也有一定的局限性。通过对调查结果的分析,首先描述了建设工程项目冲突事件在项目生命期各阶段的分布状态,然后通过二次调研和聚类分析,对冲突事件产生的原因进行了系统分析,发现并确定了建设工程项目冲突事件具有明显的多属性特征。在此基础上,针对性地提出了解决建设工程项目冲突事件的互适性概念,构建了基于这一概念的项目管理新机制和在这一机制作用下基于项目整体利益的冲突事件处理方式,并通过实例进行了验证。

Abstract:Conflict events occurred in construction engineering projects(CEP) will bring about a lot of adverse influence upon smooth implementation of the projects.The methods based on project management to deal with the five types of conflict events are also restrictive to some extent in solving conflict events in construction engineering projects.Based on the analysis of the results of investigations,the paper first describes the distribution state of conflict events of construction engineering projects in various stages of the life of a project and then,with subsequent investigations and researches and clustering analysis,the causes of conflict events are systematic analyzed.From the analyses,the conflict events in construction engineering projects are found and confirmed to have evident multi-attributive characteristics,on the basis of which,the concept of co-adaptability to approach the conflict events in construction engineering projects is purposively proposed and a new mechanism of project management based on this concept is set up.New methods under the action of the new mechanism to approach the conflict events based on the overall benefits of a project are proposed,which are verified with practical cases.
