摘    要:某高速铁路跨高速公路特大桥主跨采用1×112m下承式尼尔森体系钢管混凝土提篮拱。考虑到施工实际情况,提篮拱采用先拱后梁法施工,即钢管拱肋、吊杆先采用缆索吊分段、分次吊装,然后采用走行挂篮悬臂浇注系梁。介绍了施工方法的选择,拱、梁施工中的难点及对策,对同类工程有借鉴意义。

Abstract:The main span of a certain high-speed railway mega bridge adopts a 1 × 112 m through-type steel-tube concrete basket arch of the Nelson System. With the practical construction conditions of the project taken into account, the basket arch is built by the method of "arch first,girder second" , namely , the steel-tube concrete arch ribs and hanger rods are lift-fixed with the ca- ble hoist respectively section by section, and then the movable hanging basket is used to cantilever-cast the main girder. The choice of the right construction methods,difficult points in the construction of the arch and girders and our counter-measures are introduced in the paper,which provides a useful reference for projects of the same type.
