| 摘 要： | 概述了重点码头防护体系构建原则,提出了信息化战争重点码头防护体系建设构想,以组织指挥体制、防护力量建设体系、技术储备体系、物质储备体系、一体化防护体系为内容构建重点码头防护体系,对于有效应对敌打击破坏、提高战时码头的生存能力有重要意义.

| Abstract: | In the paper outlined are the principles for the construction of the protective system for important harbors,with our proposition on the construction of the protective system for important harbors on the condition of information-based wars put forward,which includes the establishment of its organizational and command mechanism,the construction system of the protective forces,the techniques-storing system,the supplies-storing system,the integrated protective system and so on.The construction of the protective system is of great value in fighting effectively against the enemy attacks and greatly improving the viability of important harbors in wartime. |
