摘    要:日本的ITS发展一直走在世界的前列,尤其是在ITS相关产品和服务的商业化运作领域独树一帜,以VICS为基础的车辆导航系统和ETC更是深入人们的日常生活当中,商业化步入了一个崭新阶段.其在减缓交通堵塞,提高道路利用率,减少道路负担,增强道路安全性方面取得了良好的实施效果,值得我国借鉴.

Abstract:ITS development has been at the forefront of the world in Japan, especially in the field of business of the ITS products and services operation. In particular, car navigation system based on the VICS and ETC is close to people's daily life. In addition, ITS business has entered a new stage. Good results were obtained in the field of reducing traffic congestion and the burden of road, improving road utilization and safety. It can provide reference for our country.
