锚链力实测样本的统计预报

摘    要:锚链力的实测样本是一组均值不为零的随机信号,且存在着高,低频两种成分。它的预报方法以往有所不同。本文将总的锚链力实测信号的分解成高、低频两部分,分别作统计分析。对低频信号用威布尔超越概率作图求出最可能极大值,再与高频信号的正1/3有义值及预报力相加,作为总的最大值。

Abstract:The measured sample of chain force is a group of random signals of nonzero zverage value,which contains two components of high and low frequency.The measured signals of total chain force is resolved into two parts of the high and low frequency part and the statistical analysis is made for them seperately in the paper.For low frequency signal the most possible maximum value is obtained with Welbe-transcendental probability graphing. Added by the positive 1/3 significant value of low frequency signal and pretesion, the maximum value can be taken as the total maximum value.This prediction method presented in the paper was reasonably applied in the wind-wave-current model test of 280000 dwt floating product storage mooring engineering that is the biggest one in the Far East.The result of analysis has practical value.
