不封闭交通情况下桥梁同步顶升研究

摘    要:采用常规顶升工艺更换桥梁支座需在交通封闭或临时限载的情况下进行,但随着社会发展,交通压力越来越大,许多城市快速路不允许通过交通封闭或限流来更换桥梁支座.针对该难点,研发出一种开放交通条件下计算机智能控制同步顶升更换支座系统.该系统不仅解决了不封闭交通施工的难题,也缓解了传统施工方式与低社会影响之间的矛盾.

Abstract:The replacement of bridge supports by using conventional jacking technology should be carried out in the case of traffic closure or temporary load restriction. However, with the development of society and increasing of traffic pressure, it is not allowed to close the traffic or restrict the traffic flow in the replacement of bridge supports of many urban expressways. In view of this difficulty, a kind of computer intelligent control synchronous jacking and replacement support system under open traffic conditions has been developed. This system not only solves the problem of unclosed traffic construction, but also eases the contradiction between traditional construction method and low social influence.
