免棱镜自动化监测技术的研究与应用

摘    要:上海市某新建道路地道下穿施工运营中的高速公路工程,因高速公路车流量极大,不能上道作业且行车道区域不准埋设监测点。行车道区域的竖向位移自动化监测通过采用测量机器人免棱镜测量技术,研制了一套同时满足免棱镜和棱镜测量的自动化变形位移监测系统。结合测量数据分析在不同工况节点下的路基竖向变形情况,同时判断路基安全状态,可为今后类似下穿高速公路、机场跑道等工程测量提供借鉴。

Abstract:Due to the huge traffic flow of expressway, a new road subway crossing an expressway project under the construction operation in Shanghai is not allowed to construct on road and bury the monitoring points in the carriageway area. The vertical displacement of carriageway area is automatically monitored by using the prism-free measuring technology of measurement robot. A set of automatic deformation displacement monitoring system simultaneously satisfying the prism-free and prism measurements is developed. Combined with the measured data, the vertical deformation of highway subgrade under different working conditions is analyzed, and the safety state of highway subgrade is judged, which can provide reference for similar projects of expressway subway and airport runway in the future.
