The overall design of the rapid reconstruction of South Central Ring is described in detail. Combined with the analysis of the current road section and traffic demand, the section optimization design is carried out. Through the summarization of the current horizontal road network and the setting of important node interchanges, the specific scheme for the ramp setting of expressway system is put forward. According to the design of road crossing river and interchange, the effective solutions are proposed by borrowing the current terrain so as to reduce the reconstruction of the existing road facilities.
