酸性气田输气管道外防腐层缺陷检测技术

摘    要:针对酸性气田输气管道外防腐层缺陷的特点,确定了输气管道外防腐层检测的内容。介绍了直流电压梯度法、多频管中电流法、密间隔电位法、变频选频法以及皮尔逊法的基本原理和现场运用情况,并总结了各种检测技术的优缺点。结合这5种检测方法的功能,评价了各检测方法在酸性气田输气管道中的适应性,认为在酸性气田输气管道的外防腐层缺陷检测中,直流电压梯度法、多频管中电流法和密间隔电位法较好。

Abstract:Aiming at the defect characteristics of anticorrosive coating of the gas pipelines in the acidic gas fields,the detection contents of gas pipeline anticorrosive coating are determined.Introduced here are the basic principle and the field application situation of Direct Current Voltage Gradient(DCVG),Pipeline Current Mapping System(PCM),Close Interval Potential Survey(CIPS),Variable Frequency Selection Method and Pearson Method.Besides,the advantages and disadvantages of different detection techniques are summarized.By combining the five detection techniques with their function,the adaptabilities of different detection techniques in acidic gas fields are evaluated,of which DCVG,PCM and CIPS are better for anticorrosive coating of buried pipelines in the acidic gas fields.
