颈动脉三角区血管

作者解剖了颈动脉三角区血管共200侧。对颈总动脉分叉高度、颈内、外动脉起始部位置关系及粗细比较,以及甲状腺上动脉,舌动脉、面动脉的起始部位、起始高度及类型等进行了观察与统计。为国人体质调查增添了资料、并就临床问题进行了讨论。

The Blood Vessels in the Carotid Triangle

The arteries in the carotid triangle were studied by means of common dissecting method. The results are as follows: 1. The point of division of the common carotid artery lies opposite the upper border of the thyroid cartilage in 41.5％. Only in 25％ the point of division is at the same level with the greater cornu of the hyoid bone. 2. The original portion of the external carotid artery lies anterior to and medial to that of the internal carotid artery in 63.0％, and in fewer cases, the original portion of the external carotid artery lies in front of that of the internal carotid artery. 3. The original portion of the internal carotid artery is a little larger than that of the external carotid artery especially in the child. 4. There is only one superior thyroid artery in each case which arises from the bifurcating point of the common earotid artery in 47.0％, from external earotid artery in 31.0％ and from common carotid artery in only 22.0％. 5. The lingual artery arises from the external carotid artery in most of the cases and there is only one lingual artery in tach case. 6. The thyro—lingual trunk is encountered in 6.0％, the lingual-facial trunk, in 17.5％, and thyro—lingual—facial, trunk in 0.5％.
