| 摘 要： | 针对加入WTO后国内建筑市场保护期即将结束,国有大型建筑施工企业将迎来与国际知名建筑承包商直面竞争的新格局,通过对中外建筑企业的业务定位、组织结构、管理、资金、技术、人才等方面进行对比,结合建筑企业实际,提出了国有建筑企业十大发展战略,并对建筑企业发展战略研究表达了作者观点。

| Abstract: | The Chinese large-scale and state-owned construction enterprise will compete with famous foreign construction contractor by face to face, with completion of protection duration for domestic construction market after China entry into WTO. In accordance with real situation of Chinese construction enterprise, this paper puts forward ten development strategies for state-owned construction enterprise based on comparison with foreign construction contractor between business scope,organization structure, management, funds, technology and talent,and expresses the ideas about research on the developmnt strategy of construction enterprise. |
