大水压隧道施工工艺研究

摘    要:针对旧关隧道出现的大水压情况,以超前钻孔泄水为基本出发点结合有效的开挖支护措施,采取了探测围岩级别、估计地下水发育、超前钻孔泄水、超前小导管固结、选择合理的开挖方法及施做径向小导管等措施,有效控制了大水压的危害及破坏作用,改善了施工条件,确保了施工质量和施工安全,加快了施工进度,提高了经济效益。

Abstract:In order to solve the water pressure problem of a Jiuguan tunnel, based on the method of drilling to release water in advance, the effective excavation and the support, by adopting series of means against the great water pressure on tunnel, such as searching the wall-rock class, forecasting the development condition of the ground water, drilling to release water in advance, using condulet to firm in advance, selecting rational excavation means and using radial condulet, the hazard and destroy action of great water pressure were controlled effectively. The presented technology can improve the construction condition, ensure the safety and quality of tunnel construction, accelerate the construction progress, and increase the economic benefit.
