| Abstract: | Under the influence of Asian financial crisis and double factor of WTO , our country is advancing the reform of mon-eytary system positionly and carefully. The subject matter of the reform in banking system and task is advance the commercialized movement coming to the bank specially. This article explains the market-oriented function commercialized to the bank of interest rate from the angle of market-oriented interest rate. Pomt out high interest rate city ization come bank commerce prop up and take train of thought of operation specially with specialized bank commercialized inner link and our country. |
