| Abstract: | The relation of enforcement of the European League exhausted emission commands No. 91 /44/EEC and 93 /59/EEC in People's Republic of China with fuel and lubricant is discussed according to the requirement of European rule ECE-R83 about standard fuel for testing use and requirement of the "World-wide Fuel Charcter" on fuel. Short of Chinese fuel and lubricant quality and difficulty to be overcome of improving the quality are listed. Finally it is pointed out that progress of technology of the Chinese petrol industry should keen pace with enforcement of new exhaust emission rule. |
