| 摘 要： | 目的 了解急性闭合性颅脑损伤后早期血浆凝血因子水平的变化和规律。方法对 10 6例急性闭合性颅脑损伤患者血浆凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅹ、Ⅻ进行检测。结果 ①GCS≤ 7的患者血浆所有上述凝血因子水平均异常 ,GCS >7的患者血浆凝血因子水平仅部分异常 ;②上述血浆凝血因子水平延长与颅脑损伤程度相关 ;③上述血浆凝血因子水平均异常者死亡率较高。结论 血浆凝血因子尤其是Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅹ因子水平与颅脑损伤的严重程度相关 ,可为判断急性闭合性颅脑损伤患者的预后提供线索 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of blood coagulation factors during acute phase of craniocerebral injuries. Methods The blood coagulation factors Ⅱ, Ⅴ, Ⅹ and Ⅻ of 106 samples were detected. Results ① There were 36 patients whose blood coagulation factors were all abnormal and whose GCS were no more than 7; ② The more the severity of head injury, the lower the level of blood coagulation factors; ③ The mortality of patients with abnormal level of blood coagulation factors Ⅱ, Ⅴ, Ⅹ and Ⅻ was higher. Conclusion It is suggested that the level of blood coagulation factors especially factors Ⅱ, Ⅴ and Ⅹ is related to the severity of head injury, and the level of the blood coagulation factors could be an index to judge the prognosis of patients suffered by craniocerebral injury. |
