| Abstract: | The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward new tasks and requirements for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,highlighting socialization,legalization,intelligence,and specialization.Taking Hetang District,Zhuzhou City,Hunan Province as an example,the article,through the in-depth implementation of the three-community linkage,studies the continuous innovation of grassroots governance,and modernization of the social governance system and governance capabilities. |
