中职学校汽车专业实训教学有效性评价探讨

摘    要:近年来,我国汽车服务行业所需人才,已从过去的数量需求转变为现在的质量需求。中职学校汽车专业人才培养也应该积极响应人才质量需求的号召,全面加强专业实训课程建设,锻炼人才的实践操作能力,从而提升人才培养的质量,让人才能真正发挥所长,解决实际工作岗位中遇到的问题。这就要求我们中职学校的汽车类相关专业在人才培养中更加兼顾学生的实际动手能力~(1])。本文就现阶段中职学校汽车专业实训教学的现状,结合其有效性评价的实际意义,提出几点合理的提升途径,并予以简单的阐述,以作参考。

Discussion on the Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Automobile Specialty Training Teaching

Abstract:In recent years,the talents needed by China's automobile service industry have changed from the past quantitative demand to the current quality demand.The training of automotive professionals in secondary vocational schools should also actively respond to the call for talent quality needs,comprehensively strengthen the construction of professional training courses,exercise the practical ability of talents,to improve the quality of talent training,so that people can really give full play to their strengths and solve problems encountered.This requires the automobile-related majors of our secondary vocational schools to give more consideration to the actual hands-on ability of students in the training of talents.Based on the current situation of the automotive professional training teaching in secondary vocational schools and the practical significance of its effectiveness evaluation,this article proposes several reasonable ways to improve,and briefly elaborates them for reference.
