摘    要:我国社会经济的蓬勃发展拉动了汽车产业的崛起。随着市场竞争愈演愈烈,汽车内部装饰也成为了产品销售的独特优势,实用、精良的内饰材料会给消费者造成强烈的视觉冲击,享受到前所未有的舒适体验,从而有效激发消费者的购买欲。基于此,为了更好地满足市场需求,在汽车开发设计中也开始注重内饰制造工艺的研发,从而提高内饰材料的实用性、精美性、以及环保性。IMD成型技术是在现代科学技术发展基础下衍生的一种新型表面装饰技术,代表了未来汽车内饰工艺的主流趋势。本文将通过阐释IMD技术的相关概念及工艺流程,明确IMD技术的优缺点,然后通过对IMD各技术产品特点进行比较,分析了 IMD技术在汽车中的应用,表明其具有广阔的发展前景。

Brief Introduction of IMD Technology and its Application in Automobiles

Abstract:The vigorous development of China’s social economy has driven the rise of the automobile industry.As market competition intensifies,car interior decoration has also become a unique advantage for product sales.Practical and sophisticated interior materials will cause a strong visual impact on consumers,enjoy an unprecedented comfortable experience,and effectively stimulate consumers’desire to buy.Based on this,in order to better meet market demand,the research and development of interior manufacturing processes have also begun to be emphasized in automobile development and design,to improve the practicability,exquisiteness,and environmental protection of interior materials.IMD molding technology is a new type of surface decoration technology derived from the development of modern science and technology,and represents the mainstream trend of future automotive interior technology.This article will clarify the advantages and disadvantages of IMD technology by explaining the related concepts and process flow of IMD technology,and then compare the characteristics of IMD technologies and products,analyze the application of IMD technology in automobiles,and show that it has broad development prospects.
