摘    要:中职教育应立足于立德树人,以培养具备过硬的技能本领,德、智、体、美全面发展,身心健康的高素质技能型人才为目标。在岑溪市中等专业学校电机电器制造与维修专业实施"1263"工学交替人才培养模式,其核心内容为构建以能力培养为中心、以动手实践为方向、以项目课程为主体的一体化课程体系,采用理实一体化教学模式,实现"学中做、做中学"工学交替,同时把职业素养提升和德育教育贯穿全程,提高学生的综合素质能力。

Abstract:Secondary vocational education should be based on morality and talent cultivation,aiming at cultivating high-quality skilled talents with excellent skills,comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical and beauty,and physical and mental health.To implemente the"1263"alternate engineering and learning talent training model in the electrical and electrical manufacturing and maintenance major of Cenxi City Secondary Vocational School,the core content is to build an integrated curriculum system centered on ability training,directed by handson practice,and projected as the main body,while adopting the integrated teaching mode of theory and practice to realize the“learning by doing,learning by doing”work-study alternation.And at the same time,the promotion of professional quality and moral education will run through the whole process to improve the comprehensive quality of students.
