摘    要:缸盖座圈900密封面的轴向位置,影响着密封带与气门接触密封面的轴向高度,偏高偏低都直接影响密封面的寿命,而座圈密封面对导管孔中心的径跳精度是保证气门正常运动的必备条件。文章介绍了用普通平板通用量具和根据生产实际设计制造的专用检具对以上2个项目进行测量,达到了对机床和刀具的适时监控,保证了缸盖关键项目的质量。指出该专用检具使得用普通的平板和高度尺、千分表测量进排气座圈900密封面的轴向位置和900密封面对导管中心的径跳成为可能。

Measurement of the DOHC Cylinder Head Valve Seat Ring and Guide Pipe
Abstract:The axial position of the 90° seal surface of the cylinder head valve seat ring exerts great influence on the axial height of the contacting sealing surface between the sealing strip and the valve because a higher or lower height will directly decrease the life-span of sealing surface. However, the seat ring of the sealing surface to the accuracy of radical tippup of the central guide pipe constitutes an essential condition for the normal movement of valve. This paper introduces the measuring instrument adopting ordinary plat plate and in the accordance with the measuring of the above- mentioned two programs in practical design and manufacturing, the just-in-time monitoring of machine tool and cutting tool can be realized, which ensures the quality of the key program of cylinder head. This paper points out that this measuring instrument for exclusive purpose make it possible, that is with the help of ordinary plat plate and height gauge and dial gage measuring the axial position of 90° seal surface of the cylinder head valve and the accuracy of the radical tippup of the central conduct pipe.
