级配碎石顶面透层油应用技术

目前我国在半刚性基层顶面上透层油应用经验非常丰富,而在级配碎石顶面上透层油应用经验非常不足。首先通过室内试验评价级配碎石顶面不同类型的透层油渗透深度和剪切强度,结合现场喷洒透层油的渗透深度,评价不同透层油渗透效果;然后,基于渗透深度和层间剪切强度,提出了透层油标号的选择原则,并对透层油渗透深度指标进行了修正;从影响渗透深度和级配碎石施工表面保护两个方面分析了透层油喷洒的时机,并根据经验提出了透层油洒布量和养生时间的确定方法。

The Applied Technology of Graded Gravel Top Surface Permeable Layer Oil

By indoor test evaluation on penetration depth and shear strength of permeable layer oil for graded gravel top surface ,combined with the field penetration depth of spraying permeable layer oil,the paper evaluated the penetration effect.Based on the penetration depth and interlaminar shear strength, also proposed the selection principle of permeable layer oil label etc.
