摘    要:港口工程属于国家的交通基础设施,投资规模较大.港口建设技术专业性强、涉及面广,建设过程中受自然、社会、环境等条件的影响较大、不确定因素较多,港口项目的风险是投资方和建设者非常重视的问题.本研究结合工程实例,运用案例推理法构建评价指标体系和评价模型,分析研究港口工程建设的风险及其影响因素.

Abstract:As China national transportation infrastructure,port engineering requires large investment,involves the expertise technology of port construction and relates to a wide range of fields,which may be quite influenced by many uncertain factors such as natural,social and environmental conditions in construction.So the investor and construction unit pay great attention to the port engineering risks.By combining with the project example,the case-based reasoning method is used to establish an evaluating index system and an evaluation model for analyzing the port engineering risk and its influencing factors.
