| 摘 要： | 针对某台双钢轮振动压路机存在洒水系统故障率高的问题，分析了双钢轮压路机洒水系统故障的主要原因．对某两个知名品牌的压路机洒水泵进行对比测试，并依据试验结果对现有洒水系统进行重新选型和匹配，对产品的改进和质量提升具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the high failure rate existing in the watering system of a tandem vibratory roller,the primary reasons of the failures were analyzed;comparative tests were carried out upon two watering pumps made by well-known manufacturers;the watering system was chosen and matched again based on the test results.It indicates that these results carry significance for the improvement and development of rollers. |
