改善城市老城区学校交通拥堵的探索与实践——以常州市为例

为了缓解城市老城区学校周边普遍存在的交通问题,让学校和家长接送学生更高效、安全,降低接送车辆对城市道路的影响,同时能够缓解周边停车缺口问题,提出了学校教学安全管理、学校交通组织与交通管理、学校与周边小区停车资源错峰共享等建议。通过实际案例应用证明,所提建议切实有效,对同类地区有借鉴价值。

Exploration and Practice of Improving Traffic Congestion of Schools in Old Urban Area

Taking Changzhou City as an example,in order to alleviate the common traffic problems around schools in the old urban area,to make the school parents more efficient and safe pick up the students,to reduce the impact of pick-up vehicles on urban roads,and able to alleviate the surrounding parking shortage,some suggestions of school teaching safety management,school traffic organization and traffic management methods,and school and surrounding community parking resource off-peak sharing are put forward.The application of practical case proves that the proposed suggestions are effective and have the valuable reference for the similar urban areas.
