| 摘 要： | 沈阳市在20世纪90年代建成了二环路和东西快速干道,2012年以后新建和改造了一大批快速路,但目前在早晚高峰期城市核心区的交通拥堵问题仍然严重。从沈阳市城市交通需求特性入手,对沈阳市的交通拥堵状况及拥堵原因进行了分析,总结提出了解决沈阳市城市交通拥堵的对策。

| Abstract: | Ring Road II and East-West Expressway of Shenyang were built in the 1990 s,and a lot of expressways were constructed and reconstructed after 2012.At present,the traffic congestion in the central urban areas during the morning and evening rush hours is still serious.Taking Shenyang as an example,from the characteristics of urban traffic demand in Shenyang,the traffic congestion situation and causes of Shenyang are analyzed,and the countermeasures to solve the urban traffic congestion of Shenyang are summarized and proposed. |
