超大面积深基坑土方开挖方案优化的工程实例分析

摘    要:随着城市中心区环境要求的不断提高,大型全地下式污水处理厂工程已越来越普遍,其中超大面积深基坑的土方开挖成为了制约整个项目顺利实施的重要因素。以上海某全地下污水厂超大面积深基坑工程为实例,通过对土方开挖方案优化,采取设置土方车下坑通道、坑内临时道路及分区分层限时开挖等措施,提高出土效率,减小基坑变形,使基坑工程顺利实施,为主体工程的建设争取了时间,取得了良好的社会效益。

Abstract:Combined with an engineering case of oversized-area deep foundation pit by reverse building method,this paper analyzes the optimization of the original earth excavation design scheme to set up the tunnel for the earthmoving vehicle,to improve the earthmoving efficiency,to make the foundation pit engineering smoothly implemented and to bring the time for the construction of the main body engineering.At the same time,the subarea and layering method is used to limit the excavation in order to decrease the deformation of foundation pit,which can greatly reduce the influence on the engineering environment and achieve the good social benefit.
