摘    要:钢-混组合梁是近年来国内新兴起的一种桥梁结构形式,该结构可以实现工厂化施工,减少现场操作工序,提高施工质量,缩短施工周期。为了减少现场支架设置,保证桥下通行空间,提高施工速度,一般多采用先架设钢纵梁,后浇筑混凝土桥面板的施工工序,与此同时,也对现浇混凝土桥面板的模板设置方式提出了更高的要求。对于钢-混组合梁桥面板浇筑常用模板进行了介绍,结合实际工程特点,对钢模板进行了优化设计,证实了该类型模板的工程适用性,同时得出了具有一定参考价值的结论。

Abstract:The steel-concrete composite beam is a new type of bridge structure in recent years in China.This structure can realize the factorial construction,reduce the field construction,improve the construction quality and shorten the construction period.In order to reduce the setup of field support,guarantee the navigating space under bridge and improve the construction speed,the construction procedure of firstly erecting the steel longitudinal girder and then concreting the bridge deck is generally adopted.In the meantime,the higher requirements are also put forward for the formwork setup method of the cast-in-situ concrete bridge deck.The common formwork to pour the bridge deck of steel-concrete composite beam is introduced.Combined with the practical engineering characteristics,the design of steel formwork is optimized.The engineering applicability of this formwork is verified.And also a conclusion of having a certain reference value is obtained.
