摘    要:为研究SMA-13沥青混合料的抗滑衰变规律,对比分析了路面摩擦系数以及宏观构造这两个表征,并且对于沥青路面抗滑性能的检测方法以及指标进行了观察,在此基础上,采用自研的路面材料加速磨耗测试仪,对SMA-13混合料进行加速磨耗试验,通过摆式摩擦仪和人工铺砂法,分别测试了不同程度加速磨耗试验后的SMA-13混合料试件的摩擦系数和构造深度,进而研究SMA-13的抗滑衰变规律,结果表明:SMA-13混合料的构造深度与摩擦系数具有良好的相关性,在荷载作用初期,构造深度和摩擦系数衰减较快,后期趋于稳定。表明SMA路面的抗滑性能衰减主要发生在路面通车1~2 a的早期阶段,后期趋于稳定。采用对数法进行拟合,建立了摩擦系数和构造深度的相关性模型,将室内试验结果与工程实践进行对比,进一步验证了SMA-13沥青混合料及其路面抗滑性能的衰变规律。

Abstract:In order to study the antiskid decay law of SMA-13 asphalt mixture,two characterizations of pavement friction coefficient and macroscopic structure are compared and analyzed,and the detection method and index of asphalt pavement antiskid performance are observed.On this basis,the accelerated abrasion test of SMA-13 mixture is carried out by using the self-developed pavement material accelerated abrasion tester.The friction coefficient and structure depth of SMA-13 mixture test specimen after the different degrees of accelerated abrasion test are tested separately by pendulous friction meter and artificial sand laying method so as to study the antiskid decay law of SMA-13.The results show that the structure depth and friction coefficient of SMA-13 mixture have a good correlation.At the beginning of load,the structure depth and friction coefficient decay rapidly and tend to stabilize at the later period.It is indicated that the antiskid performance decay of SMA pavement mainly occurs at the early stage of road traffic opening 1~2 a and tends to stabilize at the later period.The logarithm method is used for fitting.The relevance model of structure depth and friction coefficient is established.The laboratory test result is compared with the engineering practice further to verify the decay law of SMA-13 asphalt mixture and its pavement antiskid performance.
