盾构隧道预制内部结构与管片连接研究

摘    要:上海诸光路隧道内部双车道结构采用全预制装配式框架结构体系,将内部结构的上、下层车道板、纵梁、立柱等主要受力构件均进行预制。对于预制装配式结构体系来说,其与管片的连接节点至关重要,节点不仅要受力可靠、便于施工,还要在地震作用下保持其完整性。针对所采用的预制内部结构与管片连接方式,通过实验研究分析了节点的受力性能,为在盾构隧道内实现全预制化双层车道结构提供技术支撑。

Abstract:The full-prefabricated frame structure system is used for the double-lane structure within Zhuguang Road Tunnel of Shanghai.The main bearing components of upper and lower layer lane slabs,carlings and stand columns of internal structures are all prefabricated.For the prefabricated structural system,the connection node with the segments is very important.The node not only has the reliable stress and is easy to construct,but also keeps its integrity in the event of an earthquake.Aiming at the adopted connection mode of precast internal structure and segment,the stress performance of the node is analyzed through the laboratory study,which can provide the technical support for realizing the full-prefabricated double-layer lane structure within shield tunnel.
