摘    要:针对目前大跨径钢桥面铺装所出现的车辙变形严重、层间粘结强度不足等病害,研究和分析国内外的不同桥面铺装技术。以泰州市青年路北延工程主桥为例,结合周边环境、施工条件和交通规划等因素,综合考虑经济合理性、技术成熟性、安全适用性、施工便捷性等多项评价指标,对钢桥面方案进行综合评价分析,以此确定钢桥面铺装结构方案。该铺装结构设计理念符合全寿命设计要求,具有较好的密水性、抗车辙、抗疲劳性能。所做工作能为类似钢桥面铺装设计提供参考。

Abstract:In view of the serious rutting deformation,insufficient interlayer bond strength and other diseases in the present long-span steel deck pavement of bridge,the different bridge deck pavement technologies are studied and analyzed at home and abroad.Taking the main bridge of Taizhou Qingnian Road North Extension Project as an example,combined with the factors of surrounding environment,construction conditions and transportation planning,comprehensively considering the multiple evaluation indexes of economic rationality,technical maturity,safety applicability and construction convenience,the steel deck scheme is comprehensively evaluated and analyzed.Hereby,the steel deck pavement structure scheme is determined.The design concept of the pavement structure conforms to the full-life design requirements,and has the better water-tightness,anti-rut and anti-fatigue performances,which can provide a reference for the design of the similar steel bridge deck pavements.
