滹沱河特大桥预应力混凝土连续梁施工线形控制

摘    要:针对一座(40+64+40)m的三跨变截面预应力混凝土连续箱形梁悬臂施工,利用数值模拟的方法,分别计算出了本桥在恒载作用下的累积位移、活载位移以及预拱度的设置。系统分析了如何采用实际监测数据对立模标高进行修正,使成桥线形达到设计要求。计算结果对同类型连续梁桥的施工线形控制具有一定的参考意义和实用价值。

Abstract:In light of the linear control in cantilever construction of three-span reduced section prestress concrete continu- ous box beam bridge of (40 + 64 + 40)m, this paper works out the accumulative displacement in the dead load, live load displacement as well as pre-camber setting of this bridge with numerical simulation methods. It also analyses systematically how to correct the formwork erection level with actual monitoring data, making the lines of the bridge meet the request of design. The result can be consulted and used in the same type of continuous box girder bridge alignment control.
