插入式钢圆筒筒内侧土压力分布规律及计算方法

摘    要:针对插入式钢圆筒筒内土压力计算理论多样性、计算结果差别大的问题,分析筒内土压力分布规律及计算方法。结合港珠澳大桥岛隧工程西人工岛X37#钢圆筒,采用有限元软件PLAXIS 3D和多种理论计算方法对比分析筒内土压力。结果表明:筒内土压力不是随深度增加一直增大,库拉依宁法计算筒内土压力结果与三维有限元软件分析结果比较吻合,在工程设计中可以采用库拉依宁法计算筒内土压力。分析成果可以为钢圆筒筒壁水平张力计算提供依据,从而合理确定钢圆筒筒壁厚度。

Abstract:The distribution law and calculation method of earth pressure inside embed steel plate cylinder structure have been carried out aiming at the problems of diversity of theory and big difference of calculation results.Combined with the X37 # steel cylinder of the west artificial island of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and Tunnel Project,the soil pressure in the cylinder was analyzed by using the finite element software PLAXIS 3D and various theoretical calculation methods.The results show that the earth pressure inner cylinder does not increase with the increase of depth,and the Ku La Yi Ning method calculated results are consistent with the results of 3D finite element software analysis,so the Ku La Yi Ning method can be used to calculate the earth pressure inner cylinder.The analysis results can provide a basis for the calculation of the horizontal tension of the steel cylinder,so as to determine the thickness of the steel cylinder wall reasonably.
