铜扁线连续挤压生产线GOT监测控制系统

研究了铜扁线连续挤压生产线控制采用计算机监控系统，它以计算机作为上位机对PLC及整条生产线的状态进行监控，以SoftGOT软件作为用户可以定制功能的软件平台，开发出良好的人机界面、监控画面以及数据存储等功能．PLC作为下位机通过通信线缆与上位计算机相连，执行上位机指令，通过梯形图编程完成逻辑控制、顺序控制及实时控制等功能．铜扁线连续挤压生产线结合现代电子技术和计算机构成的系统，自动化的水平得到很大提高，其性能稳定可靠、操作简单，连续长时间工作无故障．

Development of GOT Display and Control System for Continuous Copper Strips Extrusion Line

In this paper, an integrate method of controlling continuous copper extrusion line using computer is introduced . This system can provide the user with dynamic display state messages or the output of report forms of production line and programmable logic controller ( PLC ). By using graphic operation terminal (GOT) and SoftGOT software as the users' customization operation flat, real time control and state display of the line are performed . For reliability and stability, the PLC, is connected to a computer with RS-422, and is used for acquiring data, executing the upper computer's commands, performing logic and real time controls. With the developmevct of the automatic supervisory control system of the copper continuous extrusion production line, the performance of the line is reliable, and its operation can be controlled easily.
