港珠澳大桥青州航道桥塔墩防船撞数值模拟与性能分析

摘    要:采用LS-DYNA动力有限元分析软件,对港珠澳大桥青州航道桥塔墩防船撞性能进行了数值模拟与性能分析。塔墩、代表型船舶与防撞钢套箱分别采用实体单元、shell单元模拟,并以最不利的船舶正撞方式进行撞击分析,对塔墩设置钢套箱后的撞击力及钢套箱的防撞性能进行了比较分析。结果表明,青州航道桥塔墩设置的钢套箱能有效地降低撞击力,具有很好的防撞效果,且钢套箱在受撞部位损伤较大,但在其他部位保存完好,可对受撞钢套箱节段进行更换或维修即可。

Numerical Simulation and Performance Analysis for Anti-collision Equipment of HZM Qingzhou Bridge

Abstract:Numerical simulation and performance analysis for anti-collision equipment of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao(HZM) Qingzhou bridge is performed by LS-DYNA ,the cable tower ,ship and anti-collision steel box are simulated by entity ele-ment and shell element ,respectively .The most adverse impact case is performed ,and comparative analysis is performed between the collision force with steel box on the tower and without that .The anti-collision effect of steel box is gained based on the analysis results ,which indicates that the steel box has a very good collision effect and reduced the collision force .At the same time ,the steel box in the collision area is damaged ,the other steel box remained undamaged ,so only small replace or repair is needed after the collision .
