轮边减速器行星架总成夹具设计及工艺改进

摘    要:为了提高轮边减速器行星架总成的5-Ф16H8孔和5-Ф32H7孔的位置度,满足设计要求的共线,设计了减速器行星架总成夹具,改进了工艺,要求轮边减速器和行星架组合在一起加工。此夹具避免了行星架与轮边减速器壳组合为总成加工时以及它们分开加工时的缺点,既能保证设计的要求,又便于拆装组合,降低了劳动强度。

Abstract:In order to improve the hub reduction gear planetary frame assembly 5-Ф16H8 hole, 5-Ф32H7 hole position accuracy to meet the design requirements of the total line, planetary reduction frame assembly fixture design, improved technology, demand-wheel reducer and planetary frame combined processing. Shortcomings that combined operation of planeatary frame and hub planetary reduction gear shell in assembly process as well as their respective processing was avoided by using this fixture, which not only can fullfill the requirements, but also can facilitate the process of dismantling and installation.
