应用于微波源的开关电源设计

摘    要:设计采用TL494为核心的PWM控制芯片,以半桥式转换器为电路拓扑,通过高频变压器的结构和电路设计,完成适用于微波源的高压高频开关电源的设计方案.设计的开关电源具有体积小、重量轻、效率高、控制精度高、稳定度高等优点,可替代原来的高压直流电源应用于微波源中,高效节能,可取得很好的经济效益.

Abstract:PWM control chip with core of TL494 is used in this design,circuit topology uses half bridge of converter.According to structure and circuit design of high frequency transformer,accomplishing the design scheme of high voltage,high frequency switching power supply.The design has small volume,light weight,high efficiency and high precision,and high reliability etc,for replacing high voltage DC power,using in microwave source,and efficient saving energy,good economic benefit of the design will be received.
