汽油机缸内直喷(GDI)稀薄燃烧技术

摘    要:稀薄燃烧技术是建立在混合气分层燃烧的基础上,分层燃烧是指在着火时刻火花塞周围分布适合于着火的浓混合气,而燃烧室其他位置为稀混合气。在气缸内如何形成适合的混合气浓度梯度分布是稀薄燃烧的关键技术。介绍稀薄燃烧方式、GDI分层稀薄燃烧、GDI滚流分层稀薄燃烧和空燃比反馈控制式稀薄燃烧技术。

Abstract:Lean burn technology built on stratified combustion mixture based on the stratified combustion is distributed around the ignition spark plug for ignition of the rich mixture,while the combustion chamber to dilute mixture of other locations.In the cylinder to form a suitable mixture concentration gradient is the key technology of lean combustion.This article describes the lean burn mode,GDI stratified lean burn,GDI Lean Burn Stratified roll and lean air-fuel ratio feedback controlled combustion technology.
