摘 要: | 船舶艉轴管采用分体式结构型式时,用常规方法安装难以保证安装的精度。本文介绍一种新的安装工艺方法,通过采用其他材料代替尾轴和尾轴承进行全真模拟安装,可以显著提高安装的精度,且安装过程便捷、可靠、安全,具有较好的推广价值。

Abstract: | When ship stern tube is separate type, normal installation procedure is difficult to ensure the accuracy of shaft alignment.,Here we introduce a new installation procedure, it not only improve alignment accuracy obviously, but also simplify installation work. The new procedure adopts using of substitute bearing and shaft for pre-installation and pre-alignment. It is safe and reliable. |
