摘    要:介绍了一种装于货车后下部的防钻撞保护装置.借助实车碰撞试验和LS-DYNA有限元仿真,分析了这种后防护装置的吸能保护机理,并探讨了结构特性参数对钻撞的影响.仿真和实车碰撞试验结果都表明货车后下部防护装置虽然结构简单,但对于轿车乘员可起到很好的保护作用.

Abstract:An underrun protection device installed at the bottom rear-end of truck is presented.By means of real car underrun crash tests and LS-DYNA simulation,the energy absorbing and protection mechanisms of the device are analyzed,and the effects of structural characteristic parameters on underrun are discussed.The results of both real vehicle crash tests and LS-DYNA simulations show that the protection device,though simple,can effectively protect car occupants in underrun accidents.
