| 摘 要： | 河西地区小城镇的发展是其整体城镇体系发展的基础,也是其城镇化发展的重要突破口。为提高河西地区城镇化发展的整体水平,必须综合河西地区小城镇的经济、社会发展现状,制定河西地区小城镇发展的重点策略。文章提出的重点策略主要有:培育产业支撑,夯实小城镇的经济基础;优化内生环境,建立小城镇的创新体系;完善市场制度,壮大城镇非公有制经济;加强城镇联动,健全城镇体系发展平台。

| Abstract: | The development of small towns is the basis of the development of the whole city and town system in Hexi Region.And it's also an important break to develop urbanization of the Hexi Region.So in order to improve the general level of the Hexi Region's urbanization,we should integrate the actuality of the economy and society in Hexi Region,and formulate the focal points of strategy to develop Hexi Region's small towns.The focal points which the article mentioned are fostering industries to tamp the basis of small town,optimizing endogenetic environment to establish innovation system in small town,perfecting market system and strengthening private economy,enhancing linkages of cities and towns and establishing the platform to develop the city and town system. |
