基于有限元法的动车组制动盘制动能力分析

摘    要:采用ANSYS10.0有限元软件,建立了制动盘三维对称循环有限元模型,对不同制动初速度、减速度和载重条件下,紧急制动过程中的三维瞬态温度场和热应力场进行仿真和分析,得出了给定条件下制动盘温度、应力情况,并从制动盘所能承受的最高温度和最大应力两方面分析了其制动能力.

Abstract:Based on the highly nonlinear finite element analysis software ANSYS10.0,a coupled thermo-mechanical three-dimensional model of brake disc is built. Transient temperature field and stress field of brake disc are simulated and analyzed in different initial velocities,accelerations and axle weights in state of emergency braking. The states of the brake disc temperature and stress under the given condition are obtained by simulation. Based on these result,the abilities of the brake disc are analyzed.
