| 摘 要： | 通过分析现有前置举升自卸汽车车厢加长存在的主要问题,介绍了一款改进型前置举升自卸汽车,即在前置举升自卸汽车的基础上,中部增加一对辅助举升油缸,以提高车厢举升时的安全性与稳定性,并有效改变车厢底架受力状况。它对增加着力支点重新分配起到了应有的效果,是改善该类车型性能的一个新思路、新方法。

| Abstract: | A new dump truck was introduced by analyzing the main problem of extended body of frontlifted dump truck. Based on the original front-lifted dump truck, an auxiliary sylinder was added in the middle part to enhance safety and stability while body was lifting and effectively change the stress condition of body frame. Adding stress pivot and redistribution is a new method and thinking of effectively improving the performance of the vehicle. |
