摘    要:钢桥面铺装技术一直是国内外研究的重点与难点,随着国内城市高架钢桥的大量兴建,城市高架钢箱梁桥面铺装技术难题亟待解决。文章通过分析南京南站快速环线高架桥的建设条件与技术要求,研究了城市高架钢箱梁桥环氧沥青混凝土铺装的技术性能,并结合南京南站综合枢纽工程,介绍了环氧沥青铺装在城市高架钢箱梁桥应用的施工特点与工艺,可供城市高架钢箱梁桥面铺装施工参考。

Abstract:Research on steel deck pavement technology has been the focal point and the difficulty at home and abroad. The problem how to solve the technical problems of urban elevated bridges steel deck epoxy asphalt pavement is becoming increasingly urgent as widespread construction of urban elevated steel bridges. The performance of epoxy asphalt concrete are researched by analyzing the technical requirements and environmental conditions of the elevated steel bridge at Nanjing South Railway Station. In the end, the construction characteristics of urban elevated steel bridge epoxy asphalt pavement are discussed combined with the field project of the elevated steel bridge at Nanjing South Railway Station. The feasibility of the application of epoxy asphalt on urban elevated steel bridge deck pavement is rpoved. It is of great importance to solve the technical problems of urban elevated bridges steel deck epoxy asphalt pavement.
