| 摘 要： | 详细介绍Westfalia公司的OSD新型分油机的UNITROL系统,着重分析UNITROL 系统的工作过程及控制信号,并适时与阿法拉伐分油机进行比较,最后分析了UNITROL系统常见故障,并提出了解决方案.由此得出结论,配备UNITROL系统的Westfalia OSD新型分油机具有更高的自动化程度以及分离效率.

| Abstract: | In the backdrop of international financial crisis and rising price of crude oil,the thesis detailedly introduces the UNITROL system of Westfalia＇s new type separator.The working process and control signal of UNITROL system is analyzed emphaticly.And the α-LAVAL separator is compared with the Westfalia separator welltimedly.Finally,the trouble-shooting of UNITROL system is analyzed.The results show that the Westfalia OSD new type separator with UNITROL system has higher automation and separate efficiency. |
