| 摘 要： | EPS永磁同步电机失效导致的EPS故障是当前汽车召回的重要原因之一。本文基于EPS永磁同步电机模型,根据电机故障树分析,提出EPS永磁同步电机可靠性试验内容和方案。通过在荣威E50项目上的实际应用,验证了模型的有效性和试验方案的可行性。

| Abstract: | The EPS fault caused by EPS PMSM failure is one of the important reasons for current vehicle recalls. The content and program of reliability test for EPS PMSM are proposed based on its model and its failure tree analysis. The effectivity of the model and the reliability of the test program are verified through its application on ROEWE E50. |
