摘    要:在整车研发的设计验证阶段,样车电器工作异常。本文就在改型车中常出现的空调压缩机离合器不吸合作为范例,结合设计验证阶段样车的实际特点,讲解线路检测思路和方法,如何快速找出问题源头,给新入门的设计人员以参考和启发。

Abstract:In design and verification stage of vehicle R&D, the electric appliance of a sample car works abnormal. Taking the abnormal working problem of air conditioner compressor clutch as an example, a thought and method of line detection is proposed to find the problem quickly, giving reference to new designers.
