| 摘 要： | 应用角膜内皮显微镜及角膜厚度计对８４例５０岁以上正常老年人的角膜内皮细胞和角膜厚度进行了观察。结果表明，角膜中央与上部内皮细胞密度及面积无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．５）；随着年龄的增长，内皮细胞面积与年龄有明显的正相关关系（Ｐ＜０．０１），内皮细胞密度与年龄有明显的负相关关系（Ｐ＜０．０１），而中央角膜厚度与年龄及中央内皮细胞密度无相关关系。

| Abstract: | The corneal endothelial cell and corneal thickness of the normal senile people over fifty years of age (84 cases, 138 eyes) were observed by specular microscopy and corneal pachymetry in vivo.The result showed that endothelial cell density and area on upper part had not significant difference from those on central part (P<0.5), With age increasing,endothelial cell density had negative correlation with age (r=-0.875 P< 0.01), endothelial cell area had positive correlation with age (r=0.090 P<0.01). It was found that central corneal thickness had no correlation with age and central corneal endothelial cell density. |
