摘    要:介绍我国行车安全及国内外行车事故研究现状,阐述事故树分析方法的原理。针对4.28铁路事故,建立用于定性分析的事故树,应用布尔代数法,通过计算得出该事故树的最小割集、最小径集与基本事件的结构重要度,找出事故发生的原因,从安全管理上采取具有针对性的防范措施,达到预防同类事故再次发生的日的。

Abstract:The situation of Chinffs traffic safety and the present traffic accident research at home and abroad introduced briefly. For the 4.28 railway accident, a principle of fault tree analysis(FTA) is introduced and the fault tree will be established. Applying Boolean algebra, the structure importance coefficient of each basic event is calculated and the the minimal cut sets and the minimal path sets of the fault tree are obtained. The cause of railway accident is explored comprehensively, and the corresponding safety management measures are put forward to prevent the accidents.
