| 摘 要： | 0引言进入20世纪90年代后,我国建筑业的生产力迅速发展,建设水平不断提高,建筑工程结构造型、结构体系也日益复杂,突破原有技术标准的超大、超长、超高、超深、超厚的工程结构不断涌现,新技术、新工艺层出不穷。伴随着建设规模和技术难度的不断加大,灾害发生的机率也随之增大。
