孕妇缺铁性贫血的调查分析

摘    要:对我院94名正常孕妇进行了缺铁性贫血的调查分析。膳食调查发现孕期铁摄入量达到了供给量标准,膳食铁来源于植物性食物占92.20%,膳食中铁吸收不良可能是缺铁的主要原因。从各期孕妇血红蛋白含量、血清铁蛋白及红细胞游离原卟啉测定结果表明,随孕周增加体内铁缺乏日趋明显,孕妇贫血患病率也逐渐升高,不同孕期缺铁性贫血发生率分别为7.14%、24.24%及42.55%。根据所提示的问题,提出了对孕期缺铁性贫血的防治建议。

Abstract:Iron-deficiency anemia (IDA) was studied in 94 normal pregnant women. The diet survey showed that the proportion of iron taken had reached recommended dietary allowance (RDA).92.20% of iron in diet was from plant food. The poor absorption of iron in diet may be the main cause of iron deficiency, Haemoglobin (Hb), serum ferritin (SF),free erythrocyte protoporphyrin (FEP) were detected at different period of pregnancy.It was demonstrated that the iron deficiency was increasing gradually with course of gestation, the incidence of IDA was also rising. The incidence of IDA was 7.14%, 24.24% and 42.55% at the first, second and third trimesters. The suggestion as given according to the analysis result.
